Magnus physiotherapist Leuven Steve

Hello, I’m Steve, and I have been passionate about sport since I was young. This passion led to a double master’s degree in physiotherapy at KU Leuven, which I completed in 2014 with a specialisation in sports and paediatric physiotherapy. A year later, I also obtained a postgraduate degree in manual therapy, also at KU Leuven.

Driven to help people, I went looking for a new challenge and discovered osteopathy. While working as a physiotherapist, I followed the osteopathy programme at FICO in Antwerp. In 2023 I obtained my diploma, and since then I have been working full-time as an osteopath D.O. I am currently training as an integral orthomolecular therapist at KPNI.

My motto is: “A healthy mind in a healthy body.” I strive to help people through a holistic approach. For me, osteopathy is the ultimate tool for looking beyond the purely biomechanical aspects of a problem. I look for the underlying cause and focus not only on manual techniques, but also on factors such as stress, nutrition, supplements, lifestyle and immunity.

We live in a society full of stressors — biochemical, physical and psychological. Burnouts and anxiety are everywhere. That is why I try to guide you as a person as fully as possible, so that you can get the best out of yourself.

In my spare time I enjoy running, climbing, fitness and yoga.

I previously worked as a physiotherapist for the Royal Belgian Ice Hockey Federation (RBIHF). I am also an osteopath at the company Tomorrowland.
